Hello! 👋 I'm Em, Usui Reiki Master Teacher

I've been practicing and applying energy work ever since I was a little girl.

As an adult, I developed horrible anxiety, depression, ovarian cysts, a heavy metal infection in my brain, hypoglycemia, chronic back pain, carried deadly parasites and was emotionally unstable.

I reconnected with Reiki and advanced my studies.

I healed through a plant based diet and intensive Reiki treatments. I want to share this beautiful healing around the world.

I specialize in teaching traditional Japanese Reiki - the original powerful and sacred Reiki.
